The sale includes airworthiness, bill of sale, data tag and log books.
There is no hail or corrosion damage to the fuselage.
The firewall is damaged on the bottom portion pretty heavily (see pictures).
There is a hole in the belly of the forward section of the fuselage (see pictures).
The rudder pedal bar is damaged and left in the fuselage (see pictures).
There is damage to most of the forward section of the fuselage (see pictures).
The tail section was drilled off (see pictures).
